With its classic and evocative lines, handsome aircooled engine and the quality and attention to detail that inspires devotion and real pride of ownership, the CB1100 was an immediate success. And for 2014, Honda has listened to just what owners love about their CBs, and also what they would like to improve.

The bike's redesigned, larger capacity fuel tank, seat, side panels, passenger grab handle and raised headlight position all came out of time spent with bikes from Honda's more recent four-cylinder history, while wire-spoke wheels are an effective and stylish reference even further back in time. The 4-2-1 exhaust of the CB1100 has been replaced by a double-skinned 4-2-2 system.

A steel double cradle frame houses the CB1100EXs 1,140cc inline four-cylinder engine, with 41mm conventional telescopic forks and twin rear shocks providing compliant and finely tuned suspension. The riding position is unchanged: upright and relaxed. For 2014 perhaps the most important addition is a six-speed gearbox, making for more relaxed cruising. New instrumentation within the evocative twin circular analogue dials includes a gear position indicator as well as back-calculating trip computer. Revised indicators round out the updates.

About Honda Finance

Honda Finance Europe is part of the Honda Group of companies. Since 1997 we’ve been going from strength to strength, annually providing more than £350 million pounds to Honda customers.

We only finance Honda products, meaning we have no other commercial interest other than helping Honda customers purchase Honda products. After all, who better to fund your Honda than the people who built it?

As a member of the Finance Leasing Association we adhere to their strict codes of conduct. Our activities are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, which includes our car and motorcycle dealer network, some of who are Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) accredited. Trained and reviewed by us, we work with our dealers to ensure the standards of finance expertise you would expect from a Honda dealer.

Historically, the only way to finance your new motorcycle was to take a traditional bank loan from a high street lender - how times have changed. Traditional methods of funding today aren’t always the most cost effective way of funding your new Honda, especially for customers who require a simple, flexible and convenient finance to suit their needs.

We hope you are able to make use of our finance products to help make owning a Honda even more affordable.
